Amplifi M1 Commercial Director

Job Introduction

The M1 Commercial Director position is responsible for providing support to the growing M1 business across the Dentsu Aegis Network.

M1 is a new platform created by Merkle and with Dentsu acquiring Merkle in 2017 we have access to this new platform for our clients. We are therefore looking for someone to become the Dentsu M1 expert and help the wider group understand the benefits and features of this platform in order to get the best for our clients.

Role Responsibility

M1 workflow management and project supervision and execution

M1 opportunity management in SF which includes:

  • Creating and updating Salesforce Opportunities for M1
  • Maintenance of opportunities throughout the sales process 
  • (close dates, start dates, TVC/ACV, next steps, sales comments, qualification check list, etc.)
  • Creating Salesforce reports
  • Working in excel spreadsheet via OneDrive to collect account status updates from the field
  • Creating and modifying Revenue Schedules inside each M1 Opportunity
  • Creating and adjusting M1 Schedules inside M1 Objects:
  • to reflect spend per platform and publisher per billing cycle
  • to maintain accuracy within the FLASH health reports               

M1 Contract administration

  • Open and track Legal Requests
  • Distribute and maintain redlines
  • Schedule renewals 6 and 3 months ahead of contract expirations
  •  Assist with onboarding of new Accounts and new Projects sold

Data Onboarding business support

  • Create and manage D.O. opportunities in SF
  • Prepare, distribute and track new contract processes
  • Schedule and callout D.O. contract renewals
  • Assist qualification of new inbound D.O. opportunities
  • Data entry of revenue schedules versus actuals

The Ideal Candidate

With this being a new platform we're not looking for someone who knows it already but someone who is proficient and experienced in using similar data platforms in the past. You'll need to be an expert communicator and be able to take technical knowledge and re package it in a way that helps the business understand it.

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform
  • Advance skills in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in digital advertising required
  • Experience in Data Onboarding a plus
