Client Performance Partner

Job Introduction

iProspect are looking for an experienced digital Client Performance Partner to lead a portfolio of blue chip clients. You’ll use your experience to set the direction for the group and ensure stability, growth and the general happiness of the client base is maintained whilst your direct reports run the day to day activities in their integrated channel teams. The overall aim is to grow your client relationships from being transactional to being transformational.

Role Responsibility

As the lead, you will be responsible for senior client relationships across the portfolio, mapping interaction with key influencers and identifying the right time to further the iProspect and DAN (Dentsu Aegis Network) relationships with these brands. You’ll be a key figure in developing and nurturing senior relationships across the Network and work closely with the leads in Carat so you’ll need to put your expert networking skills to good use and push your teams to do the same to ensure everyone understands the full DAN proposition.

You’ll need to understand and prioritise the commercial considerations within your portfolio and will be expected to work closely with the Commercial Director and Finance to monitor delivery of service per contractual requirements and the performance of the pod in relation to cost/income targets.  You will also be responsible for development of our products, coordinating with our specialist product teams and other portfolio leads on rollout of new technology and opportunities for clients.

Leadership:

In addition to the client and commercial focuses, you’ll be both a manager and leader too. Directly you’ll have 3 – 5 reports, whilst indirectly you’ll be responsible for the direction of circa 45 people. We’re expecting someone to lead by example, and whilst you won’t be asked to do the day to day work, you’ll need to be able understand it and talk people through it so you’ll have to have a holistic view on Owned, Bought and Earned media to be credible.
