So, what’s the job?

We are on the hunt for a Comms Planning Manager to join the £multi-million Microsoft account!

Personal Specification:

  • A Comms planning background with the ability to account manage and plan campaigns
  • The ability to manage multiple relationships and stakeholders in the US and UK, across creative and media (both client and agency) is key in the ability to deliver this.
  • Client service experience
  • Knowledge of digital media
  • Experience managing a team
  • Energy and passion!

The role will be as part of the Microsoft team where you will be responsible for assisting the Account Director in the day-to-day running of the account, and the delivery & management of key client requests alongside critical client contact within the UK.

Since winning the account globally in 2015 the team has built a reputation for consistently producing award worthy work, both internally and externally, and both Carat and the clients are passionate to continue building on this.
