Consultancy Lead

Job Introduction

We are seeking a Consultancy Lead to continue to build on the strong foundations already in place and grow this department. The lead will work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their organisation and the vertical in which they operate, and with the experts across our business to devise strategies, assess the market and make recommendations to deliver lasting and impactful change. Our consultants are flexible, resourceful, and excel at using the technical expertise from around our business. This is a varied role ideally suited to an individual with consulting experience looking to develop their digital knowledge and to progress in a fast paced environment.

Role Responsibility

New Business (30%)
• Responsible for new business pitches, responses to RFPs & RFQs and work with new business/marketing teams to promote and accelerate the growth of the overall service offering
• Clearly deliver our vision, values and product as the first face a client will see when interfacing with iProspect
• Convert pre-sales into projects
Lead client consultancy projects (60%)
• Serve as an extension of our clients’ business, deeply integrating yourself within our clients’ operations, project by project
• Build a deep understanding of client-side structure and proactively build strong relationships with key senior stakeholders from around their business (marketing, ecommerce, finance, legal, data science, business intelligence etc.)
• Develop and apply frameworks and analytical approaches across workstreams.
• Oversight of the portfolio of clients across the team, helping to continually develop the relationship and improve the outputs of your team
• Department management; coordinating resource from across the organisation, timeline management, ownership of deliverables, etc., throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be responsible for the ultimate delivery of the project and client satisfaction, from discovery, through to definition, selection and implementation
Industry Strategist (10%)
• Maintain strong relationships with key marketing technology companies and their senior stakeholders ensuring iProspect are credible in the technology space
• Act as a thought leader within the industry and contribute to industry discussions and events where deemed relevant

The Ideal Candidate

• Built and maintained senior stakeholder relationships
• Able to manage multi-dimensional projects in an agile manner
• Able to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders with highly varying skills to deliver the desired project outcome
• Leadership of a growing team
• Spent time immersed in the advertising technology industry either from a non-advertising company or within one
