Creative Strategy Manager

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity in iProspect our award-winning digital marketing agency. We are looking for a Creative Strategy Manager, this is an unique role to work across some of our biggest accounts. You will manage and ensure that the content activation team are delivering innovative outreach campaigns for our clients.  You will ensure the team has the necessary processes to deliver world class campaigns.

Role Responsibility

•Develop and assist in the management of the Engage team to ensure we are working towards ‘best in class’ within the industry

•Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivery to the highest standard, on time and meeting the client’s goals

•Monitor client results and delivery against forecast & provide clear strategic direction on how to improve performance and growth in investment

•Ensure you and your team demonstrate a proficiency in data handling  including client data and industry insights

• Responsible for quality of all work output from your team across all clients; ensuring that it conforms to agency best practice

•Ensure deadlines are met, actively working on accounts where necessary.

•Deliver highly accurate and compelling campaign reports

The Ideal Candidate

•Significant experience in high profile campaign activity

•Can produce inspirational creative presentations and run successful brainstorms

•Experienced team manager who can get the most from your team

•Familiar with relevant technologies and research tools

•Strong understanding of digital content
