Here at Vizeum we need a Digital Account Director to take lead on the incredible IKEA account!
As the most senior Digital person within the client group the core responsibility for the Digital Account Director is to set the digital agenda for the clients. Within the agency the expectation for the Digital Account Director is to lead digital thinking across all client campaign briefs, foster an environment for creativity and deliver solutions which generate sustainable business growth.
IKEA, is a fantastic account to work on within Vizeum. The team have a great relationship with the client, and the freedom to set the digital agenda. The focus of the activity is mainly brand-led, but as we move more into one-to-one communications, the opportunity for digital becomes core to any piece of activity we run.

The focus of the Digital Planning Team within Vizeum is to shape how clients market effectively within a digital age. Working as part of the Comms department and OpCo specialists, the team’s role is to help clients understand the digital space, develop insight driven strategies which generate business growth and provide stimulus which lead to best in class digital activations.
- Manage direct reports to ensure they build strong relationships with their counterparts within the business and the DAN OpCo model to deliver excellent client service and planning output
- Active management of the Digital client relationship and client satisfaction
- Overall responsibility and accountability for translating the client brief and developing internal briefs for the OpCo specialists. Insightful, stimulating and with clear deliverables
- Support agile working at Vizeum to benefit the working relationships with the team, clients and OpCo model
- Have a full understanding of the Digital components outlined within individual client contracts
- Ownership and development of a ‘Digital Roadmap’ for each client responsibility, identifying opportunities to grow revenue via digital practices with current clients
