Digital Junior Artworker
Fetch is looking for a Junior Art Worker / Digital Designer to join its ever-expanding creative team and bring brilliance to the world of mobile-first design.
Enthusiastic and self-driven, day-to-day you’ll be producing advertising creative assets for some of the biggest clients in the world. Senior Designers will marvel at your ability to take their concepts and adapt them across every media format in no time at all, and clients will collectively tip their hats when you can cite brand guidelines they didn’t even know they had.
You’ll know Photoshop better than anyone you know, be comfortable inside Illustrator and even dipping a toe in After Effects if need be. In addition, you’ll have a basic grasp of how to sort information in Excel.
You'll work incredibly quickly and diligently alongside copywriters and other designers, but you will also need to have the ability to work unaided. You should be able to follow instructions and keep to tight deadlines, while keeping a clear head and good attitude.

- Working from guidelines and creative concepts to produce assets across digital advertising formats
- Identify and resolve design & artwork challenges
- Assist with the Art Director and Digital Designer where necessary on creative work
The Ideal Candidate
Must Have //
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Flexibility to quickly switch between multiple projects on a daily basis
- Good understanding of digital media formats
- Strong attention to detail, spotting even the smallest of mistakes
- An interest in design and an ambition to develop into a digital designer
Nice to Have //
- Experience within the creative industry, preferably in an artworker role
- Illustration / drawing skills are a bonus
