Editorial Manager

Job Introduction

We are currently looking for an Editorial Manager in our digital performance brand iProspect. We are looking for someone who loves to write and who is passionate about producing creative content. You will own the quality of work by overseeing a team of content writers and network of freelancers to deliver the editorial requirements across the agency.  You will work closely with SEO, Social and Content teams to ensure our product is driving the greatest performance for their respective channels.  This role would be perfect for someone who has a background in blogging or journalism. 



Role Responsibility

  • To develop and manage your team to an industry leading standard
  • Identify and implement training and development of the team, supporting others to line manage and enable all to reach their potential
  • Challenge & interrogate briefs, ensuring delivering to the highest standard, on time and meeting the client’s goals
  • Responsible for quality of all work output from your team across all clients; ensuring that it conforms to agency best practice
  • Ensure deadlines are met, actively working on campaigns where necessary.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Significant experience in producing content
  • An experienced team manager who can get the most from your team
  • Experience in managing multiple editorial projects
  • Ability to develop highly accurate timing plans
  • A high degree of literacy.
  • Able to work under pressure with attention to detail
