We are looking for a Front-End Developer who has an entrepreneurial spirit, is curious and a team player. You will join a central team that has opportunity to work across Dentsu Aegis Network. Sound exciting, then read on.
Who are we? What’s the team like?
We are a centralized Data and Tech delivery team that work across Dentsu Aegis agencies. As well as being actively engaged in working on large scale pitches, we are creating solutions to support planners, creatives, media teams, account handlers and finance teams in their day to day jobs.
Our ambition is to deliver a ‘single source of truth’ while bringing data to life in innovative ways.
We have the freedom to choose the right tools for the job and, as such, we are often early adopters of cutting edge technology. This supports the constant development of team members and means we learn something new (nearly) every day.
We are a small team and operate to agile principles. We are the epitome of a collaborative and supportive culture. You will work closely alongside people with complementary skill sets. All team members contribute to project scoping sessions giving you the opportunity to influence the design and build of our solutions.
We are looking to grow and develop people to help shape the future of the work that we produce.

What’s the job? What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of (and possibly contribution to) the UI/UX design wireframes to producing the visual elements of the application.
You will work with the UI/UX designer as well as the Back-End team and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
- You will contribute to all stages from conception through build
- You will recognize that a working MVP is often more valuable than a never-delivered perfect solution
- You will bring great ideas to the table!

- Angular (Version 2 and above)
- Google Material Design guidelines and principals. (Angular Material desirable)

- Ability to develop efficient, highly optimised and clear code
- GIT, ability to collaborate with others on one code base
- Working in an Agile/SCRUM environment

What can we do for you?
We are a curious bunch. We're always learning, because technology doesn't stop moving. You'll work with some incredibly smart people who'll teach you everything they know. And you'll have new skills and ideas that will teach us a few things too.
We are committed to creating a great place to work, so you’ll also get the little perks such as free breakfast in the morning, team days out, kitchens with free fruit, teas and coffee, and 2 extra days’ holiday to get involved with charity work.
But most importantly you’ll be part of a fun and collaborative team culture, and you will work in an environment where you are supported, pushed and developed!
We value the strength diversity brings to our business and are working hard to build a more inclusive workplace through partnerships with Stonewall, Business Disability Forum and Business in the Community’s race and gender equality campaigns. We are happy to discuss all flexible and agile approaches to working for all our roles – we can’t promise we will be able to offer you everything you want or need but we do promise to discuss it with you openly and honestly.
If you have any reasonable adjustment needs arising from a disability or medical condition to fully participate in the recruitment process, please discuss this with the recruiter who contacts you.
