Head of Creative Studio
We have an opening in iProspect for a Head of Creative Studio. This is an exciting role where you will be helping to build and develop creative capability You will be leading a team working, driving digital content across design, development, editorial.
•Review and own everything that leaves the building ensuring we’re delivering the very best quality digital creative
•Understand the content requirements across iProspect and build products that deliver for them
•Stay up to speed with digital content trends within the industry
•To lead, support and develop the talent of your Create team
•Manage all commercial decisions across your team
•Identify and implement training and development of the team, supporting others to line manage and enable all to reach their potential.
•Act as the owner or strategic driver of our Digital Studio, leading with all core clients
•To support new business acquisition which are commercially sound and deliver growth.
•Oversee the auditing of internal accounts, checking consistency of quality and looking for opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
•Strong attention to detail to ensure anything that leaves the building meets internal standards
•Can develop and nurture creative content
•Able to work under pressure and adapt the plan, on multiple tasks and with time critical deadlines
•Ability to pre-empt macro issues and challenges to be pro-active in producing solutions
•Ability to lead and inspire team
•Ability to implement processes and ways of working across teams
•A high degree of literacy skills is essential
•Highly skilled in creative thinking & problem solving, with a keen eye to attention to detail
