Online Display - Ad Operations Manager

Job Introduction

We have a exciting opportunity in our Media Trading team for a Online Display - Ad Operations Manager. This role will be based in our shiny new office in Edinburgh. You will  help to support our Operations team in the efficient and accurate execution of digital campaigns to deliver operational excellence for clients. The successful candidate will be fully trained in our processes and delivery management, reporting and optimisation processes.

Role Responsibility

•Conduct regular performance / team meetings to review progress with on-boarding of campaigns ,ensuring deadlines within all weekly/monthly processes are met.

•Total accuracy in all output, providing quality control on the output of the team and acting as an escalation point.

•Running PDP’s and co-ordinating the training of others, as well as assisting in training within the business.

•Anticipates opportunities and threats within the business and marketplace.

•Thoroughly understands the operations function within the team and can identify ways to adapt internal and external processes to meet efficiency challenges.

•Support line managers in developing processes to deliver digital operations across the broader Amplifi channel stacks (AV, Print etc)

The Ideal Candidate

•Demonstrable motivational skills with the ability to lead by example

•Effective time management skills

•Ability to work under pressure and use initiative in problem solving

•Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships whilst positively influencing those around you

•Experience working within online display, particularly programmatic, or another digital activation discipline

•Relevant industry certifications, such as Doubleclick or Adwords
