Project Manager - Workday Services

Job Introduction

Workday is being rolled out across Dentsu Aegis Network and is currently live in 8 countries with the remainder coming on board during 2018. This role sits in the HR Systems team, supporting those countries that are already live and reports into the HR Systems Director.

 

The role holder will manage:

  • the release cycle and process for changes made to production systems
  • the Workday bi-annual upgrade process
  • the capacity plan and priority management
  • the technology elements of cyclic HR processes such and performance, pay review, surveys etc
  • M&A project activity

The Ideal Candidate

Key Experiences

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience of working in a matrix structure and matrix management
  • Experience operating with senior management
  • Knowledge of HR • Experience of global/international HR

Professional skills

  • Commercial awareness and approach
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to build a commercially focused business case
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR system implementations and support
  • Knowledge of best of breed/cloud HR systems as well ERP systems
  • Knowledge of critical HR legislation and requirements globally, including data privacy and security standard
