iProspect is a global, award-winning marketing agency that drives digital performance for many of the world’s largest brands. We pride ourselves on the loud drumbeat of innovation that sounds through the company. It drives the way we help solve clients’ problems, the way we build teams and product as well as the way through which we train and develop our people. We strive to create an environment that fosters collaboration, celebrates creativity and encourages our employees to champion superior work and for us to develop superior working lives
iProspect are looking for a Project Manager to work across our biggest clients: you’ll be joining us to own scope for planning a project and laying down key milestones internally and for our clients. The role is perfect for you if you’re a pragmatic, pro-active type who knows what it takes to make collaboration a success. Reporting to Tony Clark, (Head of Project Management) you’ll be challenged, learn fast and we’ll be there to support and develop you. Here at iProspect, we believe in furthering your career by developing your talent.
You’re able to identify delivery risks and boldly articulate these to the wider business with a dose of gumption. The role will allow you to get really stuck in with creating and offering solutions to respond to the rapid-moving force-of-nature that is iProspect! No 2 days are the same - we are super excited about this role, and we hope you’ll see why.
As the Project Manager, it’s for you to create and execute project plans and adapt them to meet the business’ ever-changing needs and requirements. So you’ll have a committed, tenacious attitude to be able to quickly solve clients’ problems. You’ll be managing concurrent projects and working closely with cross-functional team members via web-based PM software, so your remarkable interpersonal skills and methodical nature will really carry this. We’d expect our new Project Manager to have experience in developing SOW documentation and delivering Agile/Scrum projects (essential).
You’re comfortable interacting with senior level clients as you’ll be working directly to clarify strategic requirements and manage their expectations. The buck will stop with you, and you’ll be accountable for leading both stakeholder and internal status meetings – you’ll ensure they stay on task and meet stated objectives, as well as capture meeting notes. Finally, you’ll act as a point of escalation internally for all issues, bug reports, and change orders.
- Previous experience as a digital project manager (Essential)
- Development of SOW documentation (Essential)
- Experience in delivering Agile /Scrum projects (Desired)
- Well versed in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio (Desired)
How you’ll behave
We’ve told you about the job, but for us, it’s not just about what you do but how you do it. We’re wanting to push the boundaries of what we do and use tech to innovate our work so it’s hugely important to us that you're curious and entrepreneurial in the way you go about your work. Question why we’re doing things, look at what others are doing and give your team permission to do the same.
There’s going to be lots of change over the next year or so here at iProspect and we, therefore, need you to support your teams to be the best they can be - celebrate team wins, share team losses. Continually review and suggest ways to improve the way we work and help to foster a collaborative and supportive department where blame isn’t on the agenda and people are able to cope with the pressure that comes with impending deadlines or client pressures.
