iProspect are looking for a Project Manager to work across our biggest clients: you’ll be joining us to own scope for planning a project and laying down key milestones internally and for our clients. The role is perfect for you if you’re a pragmatic, pro-active type who knows what it takes to make collaboration a success. Reporting to Tony Clark, (Head of Project Management) you’ll be challenged, learn fast and we’ll be there to support and develop you. You’re able to identify delivery risks and boldly articulate these to the wider business with a dose of gumption. The role will allow you to get really stuck in with creating and offering solutions to respond to the rapid-moving force-of-nature that is iProspect! As the Project Manager, it’s for you to create and execute project plans and adapt them to meet the business’ ever-changing needs and requirements. So you’ll have a committed, tenacious attitude to be able to quickly solve clients’ problems. You’ll be managing concurrent projects and working closely with cross-functional team members via web-based PM software, so your remarkable interpersonal skills and methodical nature will really carry this. We’d expect our new Project Manager to have experience in developing SOW documentation and delivering Agile/Scrum projects (essential).
You’re comfortable interacting with senior level clients as you’ll be working directly to clarify strategic requirements and manage their expectations. The buck will stop with you, and you’ll be accountable for leading both stakeholder and internal status meetings – you’ll ensure they stay on task and meet stated objectives, as well as capture meeting notes. Finally, you’ll act as a point of escalation internally for all issues, bug reports, and change orders.
- Previous experience as a digital project manager (Essential)
- Development of SOW documentation (Essential)
- Experience in delivering Agile /Scrum projects (Desired)
- Well versed in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio (Desired)
