We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our amazing HR team. You’ll work across all of our market leading brands such as Carat, Amplifi and iProspect, to identify high-quality candidates for the Recruitment Manager to engage with. You will support the Recruitment Manager with administrative tasks such as writing job specs, new starter process and contracts.
This is an ideal role for you if you are looking to create a long and successful career in media generally or as an in-house recruiter as we’ll provide guidance, structure and an environment for you to learn and develop. Whilst experience would be great, above all, you will have the right attitude and be pro-active in your approach to growing the role as you see fit.
The role is divided into two parts; administration and resourcing.
You will help support the team with admin tasks such as onboarding new starters, uploading adverts and creating contracts.
The other core responsibility for a Recruitment Administrator is to search, source, engage and attract people who we’re interested in talking to about jobs across the network, those people may be based on a specific skill set, a specific company or a specific industry. You’ll need to use your natural interest in people by finding all relevant information about our potential candidates (using Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook or anything else you can think of) and work out the best way to engage with them.
You will also be given the opportunity to forge great relationships with key stakeholders across our network. Along the line, you'll learn how to really engage with people effectively on the phone - a skill that will be invaluable regardless of what your next step will be!
The Ideal Candidate
First and foremost you will be really interested in people. You will feel passionate about the value of matching individuals with career opportunities which play to their strengths, and of setting them up for success.
We are looking for someone who has some experience in administration and who is able to follow a process.
You will need to enjoy working in a systematic way, to manage a high volume of different briefs in a situation where mistakes can create real business impact. In time you will bring your own creative ideas to improve the way we work.
You need to be a naturally engaging communicator, able to start a virtual conversation with people and pique their interest.
You will aspire to work independently, taking pride in what you deliver. While we are a close team and collaborate to achieve our bigger goals, each role within our team holds personal responsibility and ownership is important to us.
We are committed to creating a great environment for all our employees.
We offer 25 days holiday plus the opportunity to buy more holiday, flex your working hours and take 2 paid volunteering days each year to support charitable causes.
We also provide pension contributions, life assurance, free eye tests, season ticket loans, a cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, and a whole host of great local and national discounts from leading retailers that you’ll have access to as a member of the team.
