Account Executive

Job Introduction

We are looking for 3 x Account Executives to join Vizeum Global.  Two of these roles will work on William Grant and Burberry; and one role will work on Honda and IKEA.   6-12 months solid media-related experience is essential for these roles.

On all accounts there is a dual focus: delivering central projects and service to our global clients; and working with Dentsu Aegis Network in-market teams to ensure best in class communications.

In this global role, you will be working and collaborating with colleagues and clients across the globe, which will enable you to have significant exposure to different media and technology landscapes across markets.

Role Responsibility

We are looking for 3 x Account Executives to join Vizeum Global.  Two of these roles will work on William Grant and Burberry; and one role will work on Honda and IKEA.   6-12 months solid media-related experience is essential for these roles. Key responsibilities are:

  • Supporting the development of tactical global media recommendations: plan, rationale and presentations.
  • Local market coordination and management, becoming the day to day contact to support our local Markets with requests or queries
  • Working with the Account Assistant to help with administration duties including creating agendas, note taking and organising training on Lumina
  • Delivering key reporting, planning and competitive deliverables to the Client
  • Liaising directly with Media Owners and network agencies to organise meetings and manage bookings from booked to live date
  • Building Relationships with Media Owners and internal op-cos to learn about the services they provide and sharing useful updates with the wider team
  • Provide external stakeholders with accurate and relevant plan details (Clients, Media Owners and  Creative Agencies)
  • Finance Management for booked activity. From ensuring invoices have been raised to adding campaigns on DDS and ensuring internal database of all activity is recorded and updated
  • Using data tools to monitor competitor activity, media industry trends and putting together client presentations
  • Pro-actively searching and sharing any industry wide updates and relevant insights to the wider team 

The Ideal Candidate

  • All round interest in the media industry (from media owners to industry knowledge and trends) and a willingness to share opinion on key relevant articles/news pieces.
  • Confident in your own ability to make decisions in order to work independently
  • Pro-active thinker, always wanting to learn more
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail, you’ll be highly organised in your approach to task and manage a number of tasks at one time
  • Pro-active in your learning and ability to support all areas of the business
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet tight and various deadlines under minimal supervision
  • Confident in your own ability to make decisions in order to work independently
  • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment always willing to go the extra mile
