Distribution Coordinator

Role Responsibility

About the Role

Line managed by the Marketing Manager with a dotted line to the Format Director, the Coordinator is responsible for the organisation and coordination of assets and information in the fast-paced, fun world of international content distribution.   The Coordinator is responsible for all marketing and distribution materials, the collating and dissemination of important information on our slate to the local markets (ratings, materials), and general administrative duties relating to the sale and acquisition of content globally.

Managing multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment, the ideal candidate will be drafting and creating documents to assist The Story Lab sales and acquisition team with their push to expand The Story Lab international content slate and drive sales.

The role will also include working and liaising with some of the biggest and best producers, creative talent, and talent agencies s from all over the world.


The Distribution Coordinator role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to learn about the exciting world of international content distribution, and the opportunity for personal development in the area of international content acquisition, marketing and sales.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work closely with Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) companies such as media and creative agencies and digital first talent management agency, Gleam Futures, as well as learning about the world of branded entertainment from within The Story Lab team.

The Distribution Coordinator Role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to learn about the fast paced world of international content distribution working with international smash hit titles such as Game of Clones and Ninja Warrior and the opportunity for personal development in the area of international content acquisition, marketing and sales.

2 years working as an Assistant or Coordinator in an international TV distribution or production company

Experience in working in an administrative capacity

Proven excellent Microsoft Office Skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Photoshop / Illustrator experience is an advantage
