EMEA HR Effectiveness Consultant
2017 was a transformative year for our Global HR team as we delivered the first wave of Workday HRIS to nine major markets around the world. With another fifty odd to go across three regions the next phase is going to be just as busy!
We’re looking for an EMEA HR Effectiveness Consultant to support further implementations; interfacing with key regional and local stakeholders, central work streams (technical - data, testing, integrations, functional & change) and driving successful adoption of Workday and the associated new ways of working.
You’ll be accountable for the delivery of end-to-end project tasks and will support the EMEA Head of HR Effectiveness in driving DAN’s future service delivery model. Your hands-on approach will ensure you become a Workday subject matter expert, balancing both EMEA and local requirements and advocating common and empowering ways of working.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll need to be experienced in end-to-end implementation of HR solutions (ideally Workday) in a decent sized company and have strong project and change management skills. As an advocate of change, you’ll bring with you the ability to communicate effectively and be credible when engaging a wide range of key stakeholders who’ll need support through the change strategy.
Fluency in English is essential. Competence in another European language would be a distinct advantage.
We’ll need you to be able to think innovatively, have a problem-solving mind-set and be able to manage when you won’t always be provided with all the answers. But you’re the kind of person who’ll flourish in this environment and you’ll have plenty of experts around you to help you as you develop in your career.
