Graduate Programmatic Trader (Assistant)

Job Introduction

This assistant trader role offers you the opportunity to develop a career in one of the fastest growing and in demand spaces in media.  As an assistant trader you’ll work on our biggest clients spread across a variety of categories including FMCG, automotive, tech and luxury. You’ll develop skills in trading, campaign set up and optimisation to ensure the clients requirements are surpassed. You’ll also be client facing, giving you the ability to make an impact from day one so a desire to progress in client communications and management is key.

Role Responsibility

As an Assistant Trader you’ll play a pivotal role in linking clients and the agency and be instrumental in assisting the team making sure all clients key performance indicators are reached. As you develop, your role will reflect this allowing you to continually progress and grow your career.

You’ll be passionate about all things media – with a special interest in innovative work in the digital world. As media and more specifically the digital space is ever evolving, you’ll be highly adaptive and welcome all change as a positive. I’ve had the pleasure of working with programmatic team for over a year, and wanted to share some insights into the team with you. Firstly finding top programmatic talent is difficult, as the industry is constantly changing and expanding. When I started it was very much focused in display but now we’re expanding into Mobile, video, TV and even potentially out of home. 


It’s very exciting: the team members have to make sure that they are on the cutting edge of the latest technology and keeping up with the latest trends in the industry.
