Owned Media Account Director

What will you be doing?

As an Account Director, you’re ultimately responsible for ensuring that our clients' business objectives are understood and translated into best-in-class bespoke Owned Media strategies. As an AD you’ll achieve this by ensuring your team works collaboratively with our owned and earned teams, financial targets are met and external OpCo’s work collaboratively with your team and vice versa to deliver outstanding work.

You’ll also:

  • Have a commercial edge and always be looking for new ways to grow the business and of course deliver on financial targets.
  • Be strategic in nature with an ability to translate business strategy into executional plans.
  • Drive innovation and proactively suggest new propositions and product solutions to keep iProspect as a leader (not a follower.)
  • Be an expert at building relationships both internal and external.
  • Lead your team to deliver excellence in all aspects of their roles.
