Paid Social Account Director

Role Summary

​The purpose of this role is to lead the day to day relationship with the client, be responsible for the implementation of strategy, performance of all accounts against KPI’s, maintain adherence to deadlines, and the day to day management and development of the account team of Paid Social Planners and Paid Social Assistants.
 

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure working process between Paid Social and account teams to ensure integrated performance planning.
  • Act as strategic lead for all Paid Social accounts within defined responsibility, owning relationships with senior clients, media owners and technology partners.
  • Work closely with other Paid Social Account Directors, Paid Social Product Leads and contribute to pitches.
  • Manage billings and revenue pipeline and signing off insertion orders
  • Responsible for the management and development throughout the account team
     

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive and deep experience in Paid Social is required, having managed large, complex Paid Social accounts across vertical markets.
  • Experience of motivating, managing and developing high-performing Paid Social teams, including senior-practitioners, as well as acting as a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to senior clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage profitability and income across multiple accounts, along with being an articulate presenter.
