Performance Director

Role Responsibility



You will lead a team of performance specialists across multiple disciplines on behalf of a group of clients within the Direct PSG. It will be your responsibility as a junior client hub lead to lead our performance output on behalf of that client group ensuring that we have the right people performing at a high level in place to deliver valuable campaigns and a transformative digital agenda.

With support from the Client Performance Partner you will lead every aspect of the client relationship from plotting the product development strategy to providing best in class client service across all iProspect touchpoints, maintaining a motivated and high performing team and a progressive product for the client. 

This is a dynamic and exciting role that will keep you on your toes!

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To ensure client retention & satisfaction
  • To drive growth for your client’s business as well as for the agency
  • To develop transformational digital roadmaps for clients
  • To manage the people-agenda within your area


The Ideal Candidate



Professional Skills:

  • Practitioner experience in at least one performance media channel and a good basic knowledge level across the performance media landscape
  • Proven track record working on ecommerce and Direct Response clients (ideally blue-chip)
  • Adept at managing data and skilled in delivering value-add insights and implications
  • Project Management
  • People Management
